dc.description.abstract | The business consultancy project was developed in order to analyze the impact of implementation of the flexible work arrangements policies in one of the four major consulting companies in the world- PwC Azerbaijan. The effect of flexible working practices was measured from a perspective of two dimensions : job satisfaction and productivity of the employees. The importance of our study has increased due to the recent pandemic and worldwide lockdown that our society is experiencing nowadays. The definition flexible work arrangement was first introduced in 1960 by German management consultant, Christel Kammerer. Flexible work arrangements include set of benefits given to employee in order to maintain work-life balance. Flexible work arrangements have a set of benefits both for companies and employees. In order to properly assess the benefits of flexible work arrangement for PwC Azerbaijan, analytical study has been conducted by collecting qualitative and quantitative data through questionnaires distributed to the employees of the organization. The business consultancy project is comprised of various sections that would help to identify the results of implementing flexible work arrangement practices in particular organization. | en_US |
