Abstract:
ERP industry is one of most developed sectors in Azerbaijan, because the requirement for 
planning scarce resources inside organization is emerged. Companies began to search for ERP 
implementation to reduce their costs and control their assets. Moreover, new entrant companies 
try to enter the market with proper implemented ERP solution. On the other hand, the development 
of IT sector forced companies to switch from traditional book-keeping to digitized one. There are 
many applications and software to electronically store company data and lead organization.
Bolitek ERP is a cloud-based ERP software which is suited to the needs of mainly small 
and medium enterprises and this business plan presents the details of the business plan of the 
company. The business model of the company is based on subscription model and in exchange for 
the monthly subscription fees, customers will receive comprehensive service in terms of receiving 
an access to a wide range of ERP modules. In addition to providing standard ERP modules for 
customers, it is also possible to develop tailor-made modules in response to the specifications of 
specific customers. The main modules of Bolitek will be Supply Chain Management, 
Manufacturing Resource Planning, Customer Relationship Management, Financial Resource 
Management and Human Resource Management, which are the key elements to manage a 
company.
There are multiple global and local competitors in the market such as SAP, 1C:Enterprise, 
Mikro, Logo, Logix and etc., however, they work offline and doesn’t offer online solutions. Huge 
server investment should be made for reaching data online and maintenance cost of that server 
increases fixed costs of company. In addition to that, all those applications require training before 
usage which decreases available employees to work with them. Marketing strategy of Bolitek ERP will be focused on low price and high quality. The price 
of application will be 10 AZN per month (basic plan), however, it will increase as the number of 
modules increase. Promotion channels will be social media, online advertisements and SEO.
The project development of project will be leaded by co-founders with two developers, 
which will be followed by production stage. New co-workers will be included to the project in 
production stage.
Financial projections demonstrate that the firm will turn profitable in the first year of its 
operations and net profit margin will be 46.3% in the same year. With respect to promoting the 
brand, the firm will use social media marketing and search engine optimization as the main tools 
of interacting with potential customers. 
As a result, calculations and research of market show that there is a good and profitable 
market in ERP industry of Azerbaijan and there is a requirement for new application which will 
help companies to solve their resource planning problem.
